These terms govern your use of webgardenpath.click and any briefing, audit, observation, wallet reading, or readout you commission from Webgardenpath. By using the site or sending a briefing note you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not send work.
The desk
Webgardenpath is the practice named on this site, based at Office 10, 56 Demo Avenue, Johor Bahru 00000. Contact: info@webgardenpath.click and +60 7 0000 1960. References to “we” and “the desk” mean that practice.
The work
A reading is a professional service: observation of a supporter-facing sports fan app, a written note, and a sit-down as described on the relevant page. It is not software, hosting, a subscription, or a licence to any product. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell tickets, memberships, or advertising.
Briefings and contracts
A briefing request through the site is an enquiry, not a contract. A contract exists when we send a fee note and you accept it by paying the deposit. The fee note names the app, the fixture window, the deliverable, and the fee. If those items are missing, write back before you pay.
Your materials
You remain responsible for guest logins, notification copy, and any club information you send. You confirm you have the right to share them. We will not use them for another club’s reading. We may keep them for the retention period set out in the privacy page.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, arrangement, and styling belong to Webgardenpath except where a page names another owner. The written reading we deliver is licensed to the commissioning desk for internal use, including vendor meetings you attend. You may not publish the PDF as a Webgardenpath endorsement of the app, and we may not publish your club’s name without written permission.
Acceptable use of the site
You may not misuse the enquiry form, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape it in a way that interferes with other visitors. The mock acknowledgement you may see after sending a note is a confirmation of transmission on this static host, not a legal acceptance of work.
Liability
Readings describe what a guest login showed in a named window. They are not a guarantee of future supporter behaviour, gate performance, or vendor conduct. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost membership revenue, or vendor disputes that follow a reading. Our aggregate liability for a commissioned reading is limited to the fee paid for that reading. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where the law does not allow it.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from the site or from a commissioned reading, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, with Johor Bahru as the preferred venue for proceedings that can be heard there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the current text is 20 August 2026. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new text for future visits. Existing fee notes are not altered by a later site update.
