This notice explains how Webgardenpath handles personal information when you visit webgardenpath.click, send a briefing note, or commission a reading of a sports fan app. It should be read with the cookies page.

What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, optional club or app name, optional preferred match window, the reading you selected, and your message. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to tell us. From commissioned work: guest login details you supply, notification copy, and the names of club staff we must contact if a login fails. From the site itself: the cookie choice stored in your browser under a Webgardenpath-prefixed key, and ordinary server logs if the host keeps them (date, page requested, browser type).
We do not ask for identity-card numbers, payment-card data, or health information. Do not send them. Payments, when a fee note is accepted, are handled by the method named on that note, not through this website.
Why we use it
To answer a briefing request, to perform a reading you have commissioned, to send the written note, to keep records required for accounts and complaints, and — if you accepted analytics cookies — to understand which public pages are read. We do not sell lists of club contacts.
Legal basis
For commissioned work, we use information because it is needed to perform the contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in keeping a file of the reading. For enquiries, we use information to take steps at your request before a contract. Where Malaysian personal data law requires consent, we ask for it. Cookie storage other than what is needed to run the page follows the choice on the banner.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless a conversation is still open. Files for a completed reading (the PDF, the inventory, the login notes) are kept for 24 months after delivery, then reduced to a fee record and the club name. Accounts records follow the periods required in Malaysia. Cookie choices stay in your browser until you clear them or choose again.
Who we share with
We do not pass enquiry contents to other clubs. We may use an email host and a bookkeeper, bound to use the information only for that task. If a concourse hour is booked, a club liaison will see the reader’s name. We will not brief a vendor unless you ask us to and you are in the room.
International transfers
If email or file hosting stores a copy outside Malaysia, we will only use a host that provides a contract appropriate to that transfer. The written reading is sent to the address you name; if that address is outside Malaysia, you direct that transfer.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and, where the law allows, ask us to delete it or restrict its use. You may withdraw consent for optional cookies by using Reject on the banner or the controls in your browser. To exercise these rights, write to info@webgardenpath.click. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Department of Malaysia.
Children
The site and the readings are for club and league desks, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
This notice is dated 20 August 2026. Material changes will be posted on this page.
