There is no monthly plan and no seat licence. You pay for a named reading around a named fixture week. If the scope is a league app with many club skins, or a bilingual campaign with separate Malay and English journeys, the fee is not the starting number.

How a quote is built
The briefing establishes the app, the languages, the fixture window, and whether we stand in a concourse. We then send a one-page fee note. Work does not start until the deposit arrives.
A 40% deposit books the fixture week. The balance is due on delivery of the written reading, before the sit-down. If you want the sit-down first, that can be arranged when the balance is paid the same day.
What we will not price as a package
We do not sell “hours of consulting” in a bundle. If you need a second sit-down after the vendor has changed a screen, that is a short follow-up, quoted in writing, usually a half-day fee. We do not discount a season audit by renaming it three times.
Travel
Johor Bahru briefings at the stated office have no travel line. A concourse hour at a Johor home ground is included in the optional add-on named in the fee note. Grounds on the peninsula outside Johor are quoted with travel and a night if the fixture is an evening kick-off. We do not fly for a readout that can be done from a guest login.
Deposits, postponements, abandoned work
If the club postpones the named home fixture, the deposit holds a new date within 30 days. After that, the deposit is applied to a re-brief or returned minus the inventory work already done. If we have started the screen inventory and you cancel, that portion is not returned. The refund page sets this out in full.
